Lakshminivasam

An old house built in the traditional village headman's house. Constructed in 1932 this house was then outside of Bangalore. With the rapid expansion of the city it is now included within Bangalore city limits. Tiles and the beautiful safe were shipped out from England. The house has a separate garden, underground storage space for Ragi and rice grain. A separate built area for Cows and a fantastic garage. Our sincere thanks to Mr. C.M Gowda for graciously allowing us to visit and take pictures.
